When kind words uplift and create a positive energy that encourages growth and connection. Unkind words drain our energy, sow discord, and leave lasting negative effects on those who receive them. This we live in turbulent times. Words matter to everyone. I would rather put kinds words out into the world than unkind words. As our mother’s used to say, “ If you can’t say something kind don’t say anything at all.”
