I am a professional, Az. juried artist . I have been painting for 3 decades with gallery representation. I am from a small copper mining community in Arizona. I live and breathe artwork on a daily basis. I began with oils due to their buttery texture . I transitioned into acrylics/ aqua media products leaning towards abstract expressionism and experimental art. I have been called an expressionist artist with my own intuitive, unique style. Even my flowers, landscapes and realism art have a expressive abstract components to them. All my art classes incorporate mind, body and spirit and how we utilize these things in the creative process. I am a former BSN-RN with a background in healthcare. I enjoy painting with other artist’s, teaching art workshops and also attending classes/ workshops when I travel. I paint in Kauai, Hawaii yearly, you will find me on the Lanai.
